Versatile professional with over 20 years directing diverse teams, driving customer service standards, and ensuring quality of operations in financial, property management, and marketing functions plus 10 years in building warehouse management. Expertise in budget development, financial reporting, P&L accountability, and staff training. Demonstrated history of coaching and mentoring personnel at all organizational levels to achieve financial and other strategic goals. Proven ability to manage short- and long-term capital improvement projects and design comprehensive marketing campaigns. Thorough understanding of various software and technology solutions, including implementation procedures. Proficient in MS Office Suite, One Site Real Page, RM Software, and E-Site. Oversaw operations of Florida State University fraternity complex, comprised of 12 fraternities with 288 units and more than 565 students. Managed conventional family complex with nearly 200 units, as well as additional property complex of 60 standalone homes. 10 years of management and training experience with Home Depot overseeing building supplies including doors, windows, plumbing, and cabinetry including "how To classes" plus training employees on safety issues.
